Depending on the final prize, we can talk about payment plans.• I will be charging extra USD for detailed armor/design.• Prices already include commercial use.• Payment via Paypal only must be made withing 48 hrs after an invoice has been received.• Prices listed are for non corporate associated Vtubers. For corporate use please contact me privately.• The estimated turnaround time for model art alone is 2/3 month depending on the complexity of the design. If you need it for a special date you MUST tell me before hand. (If there are any delays, you will be notified)• Rush order can be made for an additional 30% fee of the total price and your commission will be done by the date you need. ( I reserve the right to decline if I’m too busy.)• Refunds and cancellations are only possible if the commission has not been started. A partial refund will be available if only a sketch has been completed.
• I will provide a sketch of your commission once it is finalised. At this stage you can request all the changes you want. Once I have started the painting process big changes may require extra payment.• This commission is for the artwork and PSD file ONLY. You will need to find a Live2D rigger. Please let me know the contact details for your rigger as I will need to work with them if any changes to the PSD file is required.• Some riggers may have specific requirements for the PSD file, so I will need to know in advance if this is the case. If the rigger need me to cut or change some layers after the model is done just let me know!• If you want to re-sell the model, please let me know first via DM to discuss prices. Contact me if you wish to edit/add something to the model, do not edit my art.• Please DO NOT edit my works, Customer's CAN'T use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.• I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know before hand.• Always credit me as the artist "Mama" on every social media you use your model.
